IN REALITY, there's no quick way to make thousands without a LOT of effort...

However, there are a few services that give you like $20 a day free.

try this website appmakr.com and it is spelled without the "e." I developed my first app there and it was pretty successful. That is a free website where you can make your own app. I used admob to advertise on my free version. Also if you want to submit an app to apple you need to pay $99 a year to do so.
