Wow, this is great but whats to complain. Back in my day we had two theaters, the Hub and it only showed one movie a week or the drive-in.. Fast food was DQ or the Freeze, the Courtesy coffee shop wasn't old school, it was THE coffee shop. One radio station, KYOR at 1640 on the dial and two TV stations out of Phoenix. The college was new, next to the HS, which was next to the Jr High. 8 yrs in a row on Lovekin. Todd park with the old jets, now that was a HOT place to play.

@venatorCRICKIT My grandparents lived in Blythe for over 60 years - early 20's to early 80's. When I was a kid my cousin and I would spend the summer in Blythe with my grandparents. We always found plenty to do and had a great time. The Hub and Todd park were two of our favorite places to go. We spent a lot of time walking up and down Hobsonway and going into the various stores. All of the business owners new our grandparents so we were always made to feel welcome. Lots of great memories.
