I'd like to add that as a "dog of war" sometimes we are the only ones who stand between the weak and the strong. The dog is mans best friend and sometimes it takes a dog of war to protect the innocent and the weak.
Смотрю и Слушаю с 1989 года и мурашки по коже...., Вся мая Юность и Становление с вашим Талантом..... Земной Вам и вашим Близким Поклон !!! Ангелов в Помощь и Многия Лета !!!!
Good song, but without Roger Waters, Pink Floyd is not the great "super band" it once was. Now they are just good, but not great. This is coming from a fan since 1973.
My company in the 101st Airborne Division during the first year of the Iraq war (including the invasion) was named "Wardogs." How I would love to create a video from my archives and sync it to this song.
And BTW, Rachel Fury, the short, raven-haired backup singer, is downright one of the sexiest women I have ever seen!
....wwount negoushiate......we used to laugh our asses off back then about this superficial, overblown new floyd,- but sure we loved it and knew every line
@PinkPrism008 It sure is an under rated song overall. It used to be on of PF's lowest rated songs for some reason. Personally I think it's a great song with a very powerful message.
You can't get more sublime than this. You have the best classic rock band ever, singing a politically charged song, led by one of the greatest guitarist/vocalists of all time, along with sexy women moving their sultry bodies, and to top it all off you have my favorite dog - the German Shepherd - as your main visual presentation. Talk about the perfect synergy of visual and musical elements. I just love it.
video, live show, saxaxphone better than anythiing go our troops

Mercenaries or terrorists so flip a coin one way or the other, and I pick the later. Seems very prophetic in every line, eh?

@GilmourTrueHD Totally agree with you about this song and this performance.
Everything is powerful, especially the driving beat and the passion of David Gilmour's
presentation.
