@nativeminimal Its shit, it doesent cost 3000 minimum. Have been there this july. We have been for 3 weeks. Been to bangkok, krabi, phi phi, phangan and samui. We traveled from bkk to the south by plane and back by plane, from munic to bkk by plane too (non stop flight). We had good apartements (3 persons) with flatscreens hanging around everywhere (better european standard) for 30€ a night. The trip costed about 2500€ total (with drinking beer, hotels, flights, scuba diving etc. etc...)

... if u want to have it cheaper u will get it for about 1500 total (flight included). But than u have to take cheaper (but not messy or uncomfortable) hotels.

I haven't been to Koh Phangan. The beaches in Aruba are the most beautiful I have ever personally visited. Comparing Koh Phangan to the beaches of Aruba was meant as a compliment. I'm sorry you didn't take it as that.

Looks a lot like Aruba. Constant breeze, beautiful water. In Aruba, the trees on the beaches are divi-divi, not palm. The island is made of volcanic rock and coral. And yes, the beaches are littered with bronzed beauties.

koh phangan ist auch noch ziemlich ruhig an vielen stränden selbst in der hochsaison...ich bin sonntag zurückgekommen und hatte einen traumhaften urlaub ;)

@samuitrip hmm für meinen geschmack is bereits alles voller touristen auf den inseln, bin gestern aus thailand zurückgekommen, hab gehört das es in Koh Lipe noch ziemlich ruhig sein soll, aber den tourismus kann ma da drüben nicht mehr aufhalten, war auf phi phi und das wasser stinkt bereits voll nach benzin von den vielen booten da, wenn die so weitermachen is die insel in ein paar jahren total am arsch, traurig aber wahr^^

@Castanedaria ich stimme Dir voll zu.In 5 Jahren reden wir noch mal drüber.Ganz Ehrlich wie in Deutschland gibt es auch da,ich drücke es mal vorsichtig aus(Heuschrecken)verstehste.?D­ie Regierung hat versucht dem ganzen ein Ende zu setzen.Ich will den Faden nicht weiter spinnen!Es versuchen viele viele Geld zu scheffeln!

Thailand hat eine schöne Kultur und sehr sehr schöne Ecken die noch nicht überlaufen sind.Das wird immer schwerer zu finden.Thailand ist ein reiches Land.Die Verteilung dessen??

My lovely Haad Yao. Have been there in 1989 the first time (Ibiza bungalow)...........this paradise has changed a lot since there.

Ther were no roads to get to Haad Yao!!!!

Been going to Haad Yao since 94....but ever since Bayview sold out i havent been back.

Used to pay 50bht a night...now it more like 1000.

They sold my paradise.
