does anybody know that in haiti once there was a black polish community (descendants of polish soldiers of napoleon who crossed over to the revolutionary's side and black local ladies). that community has been discriminated against under many regimes. does anybody know if there are any black polish people left in haiti?
the only two black republics in the world haiti and liberia not doing so well are they? maybe for black people (i'm not being rasist just inquisitive) a monarchy would be better. or maybe black countries should be recolonized. less poverty, less starvation, less death... with white countries running their affairs there would be no problems with which tribe has more influence, which chief has more goats and which tyrant has more wives.
