2.STOP lying to it's citizens about the planned coup `d etat that is the Lisbon Treaty/constitution.

3.START fighting it's endemic corruption and give public access to it's accounts (voted down by the EU parliament).

4.ABIDE by the UN's Covernant of Civil and political Rights (article 1 ).
