After all the agreements and 85% of payments are done, BPTP has asked heavy demands from owners of BPTP Park Elite Floors Project in Faridabad giving reasons that the built up area is now increased. I am requesting Aaj Tak and other news channels to please highlight this as it is clear violation of agreements and laws. BPTP is now asking for much higher price than the price at which flats were sold. This is really dadagiri !
