You should use your shouts in cities, a courier will run to you giving you a letter from a friend that will send you to places where you can learn some shouts.

He won't beat skyrim. And I'm not saying he won't have time I'm saying he literally won't it literally impossible. For each guild there's a generator that keeps making quests(not sure about college or companions)

@Jdog98100 Beating skyrim = doing the main quest. Completing everything = doing all quests except the repeatable
