There are many pimps like this on Beach Road selling children to pedophiles. Every time I'm offered a child I call the police. 3 years later, not ONE policeman has ever come to meet with me so I can point out the pimps.
Considering the police get a cut of the child porn sales it wouldn't surprise me if they are also getting a cut of the sale of children.
That is just plain evil to do that to kids.
