Uhm.. but you guys know that you cannot just say "Dean guitars are bad", right? Every guitar is different. I bought the Dean '79 V and loved it from the first minute! It's made in Korea, but the parts are high quality, the maple sounds really good and the manufacture is awesome!

The only negative point: It doesn't stay in tune as good as my 3 year old Ibanez, but that guitar didn't stay in tune well before 3 years too when it as new - I am certain the problem will solve itself with time and play

@mEgAmESmIK I used to have the JS Rhoads, and it was awesome. The neck feels really nice. The only thing I didn't like was the chrome hardware, and the fact that the Jackson logo is smaller on the JS series.

If it were me id go for it, they're not a shit company, they just have some bad guitars, mostly the low end models. With companies like Dean and BC Rich, the more you pay the better the quality. Id buy it. But its your call.
