I waited for two hours outside my local walmart. I live in a pretty small town and the walmart's not even a 24 hour so I knew if I showed up a couple hours before they opened I'd be guaranteed to get one.
Sweet man I want a Wii also i already have a 360 and a psp would you recomend the wii? Are there any defects? (i waited in line at ebgames on black friday and they said they only had 6 units and i was like the 8th one so i didnt get one) =[ =[ =[
I also have a 360. It's a totally different experience from any other system (I've owned every system besides the PSP & PS3 so far), and I've had people from 3 to 50-somethings playing and enjoying the Wii. Sports is awesome. The Rayman game is also very good. I would definately recommend the Wii to ANYONE.
I'm getting a wii in 2/8/2011 can't wait for it, its going to be black.

well when you start it, then go to the... bottom-left corner there's a thing you can click on that will take you to the setup menu.
I'm sorry my Wii is at my girlfriend's house so I can't remember what you need to do after that but one of the options is language I'm sure.

When I did that, I hit Japanese because I was so shaky and anxious! But I figured it out.. Thank god for online translators.. WII ROCKS!
