I don't think they are bratty at all. I've been a huge fan of them since 2005 and I think they've remained as sweet as ever, and just because they may have seemed a little stuck up on sweet sixteen, that's probably because MTV wanted to portray that. Plus, they are 19 and 17; they're not little kids anymore. That's my opinion. I can't wait for their next album! :)
