These girls are Tibetan mostly from the eastern Tibet which in Tibetan we call Kham. And I see the difference in Chinese and Tibetans. We may have similarities but I see the clear distinct differences. Tibetan girls have high cheekbones, bigger eyes, black thick long hair, taller women and men, brow-light skin, and our women look more humble than Chinese woman.

Tibetan and Chinese are similar. They are in same language system(藏汉语系）. Saddly, most oversea Tibetan speak English.

Not only the languages are similar, the Han people and Tibetan people are the same race. You can say that Han are decendent of Tibetan people, and vice versa.
