Some Russians with the Equinox brief case has some sort of pill that is a biotoxin some way a worker on the dock come in contact with that pill, he is then taken to GH. Has surgery on him performed as PattyCakes finds out from Xray that he has something toxic in his body meanwhile Matt is operating on the gay before Patty comes back with the xray.

Elizabeth and Monica are affected by this Biotoxin and so is all in the OR, if/Leyla/Matt. Whole hospital is quaranteen so toxin is not let out.
