  • He is the unoficial 16th memeber that never made it into the game. He was a promotion for the game, so as to not give away any characters.

  • Actually Rog is in the game. He is the guy you race against in one of the first races (Red and black mustang) and after you beat him he tells you to watch your back. Later he keeps calling/texting you with updates about the blacklist and stuff, just like mia does
