i have this genius (insert sarcasm)idea to build a 13k rpm s2k on custom cams and S2 racing valve springs, ti valves and retainers, ti pistons and rods, low compression medium boost turbo. ANY IDEAS? please gimme some help here im not an expert, but i am a mechanic so dont go bashing and sh1t talking

yeah . . . if you some how manage to decrease your stroke and displacement youd probably still not be remotely close, your piston speed will throw your internals apart.
