@convener777 Hi, I've rinsed whole chickens before but I have never heard of or seen people rinse any beef before cooking. I don't know why that is? Maybe poultry is more prone to having more bacteria?

Looks great! Try marinating the steak tips in red wine cracked pepper corns, garlic and a bay leaf marinate over night. Grill and you'll have the tastiest steak tips you can ever have.

Now you did it… I have to go dig my grill out of the snow bank and grill my wife a steak… lol. Your dinner looks really good and grilling in the winter is pretty neat too. Thanks for sharing.
