That is the dispatcher updating responding units with additional information as it becomes known. Just because you do not hear a dispatcher summon police while you're on the phone does not mean they are wasting time. For those who don't know this tragic case has had some closure. Over two years after Miss Shaw was murdered, Terrance Mack was found guilty of murder and sentenced to up to 25 years in jail.

It's gut renching and heart breaking to hear her screaming and then moments into the tone on the phone you hear her take what appears to be her last breathe, she had bent over to get her phone before being hit over the head with a bottle and held down! The reason for the tone on the phone is cause she was laying on it. My heart cried for her and I don't even know her! I pray the justice is served to those who did this slowly and that each day the live be a living hell for all that were involved!

The mother was beaten and stabbed to death by that crowd that rushed out and jumped her. They played the 911 tape in court so there may have been some incriminating evidence in it. Possibly some of it has been blanked out for release to the public.

From what I read, the people who killed her were famous for randomnly jumping people and then fleeing. It wasn't just teenage gurls tho, older women and men were involved too. The police think that the reason why they killed her was because she was trying to protect her daughter. She was tryin to get the police to come back to figure out who attacked her daughter and why.

They aren't wasting time or withholding help by asking questions, HELP IS ALREADY ON THE WAY. People don't seem to know or understand this.
