  • Does anyone know the food prcoessor and blender that she uses?

  • Making this 4 breakfast

  • Awesome. :)

  • It just occured to me. When she makes the almond milk, you know how there was that almond and date pulp left inside? You could use that as granola! You could grind the seeds and walnuts just before the desired consistency, then add in the almond and date pulp along with the cinnamon, do a little more grinding together and voila! Minimal waste!!!!

  • I just made this - its amazing!!! wow!! So simple and yet so delicious!

  • I just made this today!! It was SO GOOD! please make more vids :)

  • Room temperature in what room? I live in the city and room temperature is often in the high eighties...is that too high?

Also, what can you do with the pulp? Seems a shame to just throw it out as it might be good for something else.

  • Thank you so much for your great recipies! I made your zuchini pasta today and stunned a dear friend! I only have just started eating Raw vegan..and am delighted that everything tastes so good.. i just soaked the nuts for tomorrow! Thank you again i will surely purchess your book!

  • Hi! I'm 14 years old and my names Olivia. I chose to change vegetarian two years ago and I'm fully vegetarian now, mostly raw and I'm trying to get my family into the vegetarian/raw lifestyle by cooking meals which they say taste great but they can't give up meat. What do I do?

  • @ChangeTheChannelSong Olivia, even when we get to be 20, 30, or 40 years old we may not convince our families to switch to a better diet. The very best thing for you to do is to focus on your own health, continue learning about healthy vegetarian eating, and be your very best - that is called "leading by example." Get A's in school, be kind to people in school, plan for college, do what you love to do. And eat vegetarian. People will respect you, and want to be like you. ~ Larry

  • @LarryCook333 Thanks! That makes a lot of sense =)

  • @ChangeTheChannelSong You're welcome! I've been vegetarian for 21 years and my best friends eat meat. So, as much as we may want to change others, the only real power we have is in changing ourselves. You will be a shining example of vibrant health that will inspire others, though maybe not your best friends or family.

  • @ChangeTheChannelSong give up - if a person doesn't want to you can't make them do that

  • YUM. That's the first thing I'm making after my Master Cleanse ease back in.

  • Wow: You are amazing Jennifer! I love your presenations of RAW food delights! Again, you RAWK!

  • Very nice vidio awesome

  • what can I use for the drained Almonds???

  • YUMMY... looks really good. :-D

  • awesome videos and bg

  • u make going vegan look good. Thank u so much for all your valuable information. I plan on going vegan

  • Im transitioning to a vegetarian lifestyle too, Ihave taken all my red meat (pork and steaks) off my diet already and i have introduced veggie burgers and veggie chicken. I am eating tuna and fish though but will be off this year as I discover recipes that will take their place. I have replaced cow milk with soy milk and rice milk and now i have your nut milk recipe too, isn't that awesome?

  • @giovannasos

whoever wonders about veggie chicken you can go to morningstars (just google 'morning stars vegetarian food")

  • It looks delicious, but I have to agree that is a lot of nuts in one meal. I would probably use soaked buckwheat or wheat berries in place of 2/3 of the nuts.

  • Are the almonds soaked first?

  • I've tried this. Believe me, it's addictive! My kids can't get enough of it:-)

  • That was wonderful! Thanks for the post!

  • This lady is a genius! Lovin these raw recipes!

  • @silverscreenprod I KNOW! :D

  • That looks soo delicious! I'm new to raw, thanks for making it easy!

  • I love NUT milk. I make a lot myself.

  • Can you add oats to this, wouldn't that still be considered raw?

  • Yum! Rawsome video!

  • How old is Jennifer? Its really hard to tell, she must eat so healthily to look that good!

  • @pinkylaurajane122 is that you LJ?

  • @pinkylaurajane122 after looking at your profile, I guess not haha

  • WOW. totally making this :)

  • and no carrageenan yah!!

  • wow. since when did almonds make milk?

  • @Teemmanuel

What stores do you shop at that you have never seen Almond Milk for sale?

  • This seems so fun, but Almond milk is so cheap now days.

  • Can't wait to try this. Thank you

  • is there anything you can make with the leftover almonds from the almond milk recipe?

  • @machellacoachella , you can make an amazing almond pulp cheese, it is fantastic! 2 cups pulp from almond milk (pulp should be plain, not sweetened)

    1/4 cup olive oil

    1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt

1/4 cup fresh or dried dill weed

    1/2 cup diced onions

    1/2 red bell pepper

    small clove garlic

You can either dice all this finely and mix with pulp, or blend the vegetables and oil/lemon and mix it through, then add the dill.it is gorgeous!

  • How do you clean the bags?

  • as a raw vegan i would find eating all those nuts hard on my tummy. try subbing some of the nuts with sprouted grains.

  • i love your channel, i'm slowly transitioning to a vegetarian lifestyle then later hopefully total vegan. at this point i'm down to eating tuna, since i've gradually cut out all my meat intake. i needed an alternative to cows milk and didn't like having to buy soy or almond at the store. so this recipe is great! i love it and can't wait to try it on my own. thanks a bunch! =D

  • @TheMakeOrBreak Thank you for the props. Good luck...you can do it!

  • @TheMakeOrBreak sorry, i meant to hit the like and missed.

  • Could you give 2 raw food recipes for a 2 meal -aday plan...which gives you your 2400 caloric intake...

and if anyone sees this and would kindly like to plan two raw food meals which would give you 2400 calories

thankyou's in advance (you could send it to my comments)

  • hello, when you saok the nuts is necesary to use the masons jar or could be another container?? also when soaking them is necesary to close the lid?? thank you for your response

  • i didn't know that raisins were raw? :)

  • @faintsunrise they are dried grapes, not cooked

  • Thank you for this great recipe, looks delicious. Im always looking for good raw food recipes.

  • mmmmmm!!! that looks really tastey!! cnt w8 2 try....

n the almond milk was soo easy!! hope it tastes good!

  • that actually looks really good!

  • Mmmm! Looks delish. I would love to see more recipe videos from Jennifer! I loved her book "Raw for Dessert" :)

  • this was AWESOME! 10/10

  • Deliciosooooooo.

  • What type of food precessor do you use? Mine sucks :(

  • Anyone wondering about proper food combining? Fruit should be eaten on its own etc...This looks soo good though!

  • Oh yum! Really nicely done video and I love how some people have contributed their own recipes for almond pulp or milk - thank you! I've written them down. Need to order some organic almonds now.

I must say I think it's so funny though, in all these raw food videos there always seems to be a stove in the background! Like a really nice, really expensive stove.

Thank you Jennifer! Think I'll go add your book and DVD to my Amazon wishlist now.

  • she made an almond titty first to milk the almonds later j.k. i am a superfoodist too :)

  • Angels walk amoung us .

    Beautiful!

  • what do you do with the pulp?

  • I'd like to know that as well...

  • With the almond pulp you can dehydrate and make almond flour or add it as a mixture to make cookies or pizza bases and stuff like that.

  • Thank you. :o)

  • I had a lot of almond pulp stored in the fridge from making 1 litre of almond milk each day for a week.

I put all the pulp in a food processor, added some chopped dates, 2 bananas, raw argave syrup. shredded raw coconut - blended all that together and then flattened out onto 3 dehydrator sheets.

Dehydrated in excallibur at 110 degrees for 4 hours, flipped them over and dehydrated again for 6 hours.

They are like thin slices of moist banana cake!!

    All raw yummy goodness!!

  • By the way, my favourite way of using almond milk is to place a cup of almond milk into a blender, add 1 frozen banana plus 1 tablespoon of raw cacao and some fresh mint leaves or vanilla beans.

    Soooooooooo delicous!!

Tastes like an icecream milk shake and is a lovely treat in the afternoon before a workout or when you want more zing!

  • Sounds so good. Yummmmm.

  • @RADIANTandRAW sounds great!

  • Thank you so much for posting. i just tried this and it is absolutely DELICIOUS

  • Fantastic. I'm on the master cleanse program and once it commences I will use these great recipes as part of my new eating lifestyle.

  • that's a great presentation! great video! i'm eating some raw buckwheat granola right now (it is just dehydrated buckwheat with agave and some other things) but i'll have to try this recipe as well!!!

  • Ah-Yeah!!! I just made this and it was sooo good. Do not hesitate to use her recipe and then make it your own with your toppings.

I also bought a video for myself. It was worth the money.

    Thanks again

  • this was very cool!!!!!!! ThanX!

  • Thanks so much for posting this, so easy to understand. There is a problem getting truly raw, unpasteurized and untreated almonds now. Irradiation is being used, and stores are selling untoasted almonds as raw, but it's said that this process destroys the enzymatic action of the nuts. Could you tell me if we're stil getting some good nutrition when we use them? I love almond milk!

  • You can order your almonds from the UK, we still have them raw here. The exchange rate on in the US is really strong against the UK pound, so you could buy loads and store in the fridge.
