And America didnt get the Victory, It was Russia who got there Glory, They wiped the Axis main Armies out and took Berlin. Also Allied bombing did very little to Axis war effort. The British forces were winning in the West, Long before the U.S had arrived. And it was the Soviet Union who played the main role in the war, by far. The U.S industry played a far more vital role than there military!

He argued with his generals about the course of action in the Soviet Union and thus the German army was delayed. Winter came around before the Germans could try and take Moscow. This gave the USSR a break to reorganize and regather troops, and from there they defended their homeland and later charged into Germany. Without Russia, Germany could have very easily won the war.
