Anyone who thinks this is live knows very little about this type of performance. It is pre recorded, not the actual record playing that's why it sounds almost live. To be honest i don't mind, i'd rather enjoy a pre recorded effort than lip syncing over the record, at least it gives the impression they are singing live.

You could tell they were miming when i watched it but who cares!! The song is awesome, a flash of the style from the early 90s and the dance routine was very sexy.

For the people that think they are inspector morse in saying this is pre recorded, well done anyone could tell that, its not a secret, vannessa was feeling ill and they always mime on this morning and daybreak, in fact most artists do coz its such a small studio

Ok so it's pre recorded but at least there not full on miming. They were definately singing live on tonights the night and yeh it was ok, but give them credit, it's a hard song to sing without all the choreography too. I LOVE THE SATURDAYS!!!

They pre-recorded their vocals for this performace. Compare it to when they were on tonights the night, you could hear them taking breaths in between lines and you cant here. Still good though.

This is completely pre-recorded. There vocals sound too calm for all their choreography. Also, if you watch Frankies solo on 'Tonight's the Night' she is totally breathless with the fast vocals but here they come out just fine.

@hollyanddaizy Yeah i know its live as in time, but the vocals would be have been pre-recorded before hand. Cheryl did it for Fight For This Love, the vocal track leaked and she sounded totally different on it.
