Last year I developed LWT for my personal learning because I was so unhappy about LingQ's missing features many bugs. Then I decided to publish all this work into the public domain, because I wanted to give something back to the people, and wanted to help language learners around the world who are not able to spend $120 per annum. I know that you and other people at LingQ were not very happy about this. But I also hope that LingQ will improve! Good video, BTW.
