  • That's one noisy aircraft! You're sitting near the front of the wing, but it sounds like you're right next to one of the rear engines! I haven't flown any Bombadier aircraft yet, but they're on my wish list. Nice video anyway.

  • @Xircal Yes, it's noisy. And is a small if compared to an A320 or 737. I was sat on seat 10A. The plane has 14 rows of seat, well, actually there are 13 because the supression of 13 in the numeration. I find that very stupid, no 13 and there are 13 rows. Oh, what scary I am!!!! Is a very good plane, despite its noise. I took it also for a flight from GDL to Tijuana (TIJ), with a stop in Los Mochis (LMM) In both legs I could take a nap without feeling uncomfortable

  • @edvigo That's funny! I didn't know Mexicans are a superstitious bunch of people. I often go to Thailand to get away from the cold weather in Europe and Thais are superstitious about practically everything. Like pouring water from a bottle sideways is supposed to turn you into a snake in your next life...lol. I don't think they have a thing about #13, but there is a particular number which they avoid whenever possible, but I can't remember what it is.

  • @Xircal ha ha ha ha ha!!! Oh, I'm afraid I couldn't explain well myself. When I said "what scary I am!!" I'm being sarcastic. Actually, the supression of row #13 was an idea of another country, the USA. And imported by a large number of airlines in the world, many have 13 rows now, but in the 70's and 80's the thing was quite different. Mexicana and Aeromexico have been very conservative with this, even when most carriers have included now the 13th row.

  • @Xircal So I find stupid and senseless to continue with that, because mexican people actually make fun on death. There are a tradition with the death. Every year on november 2nd (and days around it) we feast with the death. We eat bread with shape of bones. And it's delicious. So that was the focus of my comment. there are no 13th row, but the number of rows is 13. That's a contradiction, and irony! So I made fun on that. I don't care if I am in a 6, 11, 13, 19 and so on in that fake of "luck"

  • @edvigo That's amusing too. But why November 2nd? Does that have some special significance too?

Eating bread in the shape of bones sounds hilarious though :D
