Hehehe I guess it's a little corny, but for WCW at this time it was about all they left in them. The blood from the ceiling trick had already been done in WWF in the run up to the Kane v. Stone Cold first blood match at King Of The Ring 98, and the "human torch" match is a little bit similar to the inferno match, I guess, but at least they tried and the results were generally entertaining.
