I Agree.... saw many bad habits not assuming a good fighting stance when firing weapon is too high on the shoulder and the non fiing hand isnt driving the weapon to manage recoil. also... why would you need to fire an automatic weapon as a cop? the military uses them for suppressive fire. the only time i can see a cop needing suppressive fire would be in a rural shootout where you won't hit innocents or buildings.

ok for everyone asking why they have their optics on top of their removeable carry handles: well one they arent exactly on top they are infront of, by having it that far forward will give the shooter better perifial vision around the optic at close range. and they most likely have it like that so that if the optic (thats a Trijicon Reflex) fails, dies or is damged, they can go to their iron sights quickly for backup

still would be better to use freefloat handguards with a continuous top rail and have flip up back up irons. and switch out the trijicons for eotechs or aimpoints.

cool. good luck dude. i just checked out your gun laws. theyre ridiculous. permit to buy a handgun? wtf. but in my opinion there should be no gun laws other than the NICS background check.(even that one im not sure about) id say move to a free state after the marines.

You'll probably have to do x amount of time as an LEO first for Summerset county before you get on. Of course with MP experience, you'll probably get on sooner; I guess it all depends on the policy of the department, whether you need X years, or to be a certain rank, or a combination of both. But fuck dude, go for it. I'd say use your time in the forces to get on every possible combat course you can while you're there :)

That looked like NBC (Nuclear Biological and Chemical) weapons tactical training at the 4:05 time point. Very sophisticated for a small town SWAT team, though they will probably never use it. Mostly federal SWAT teams, state police SWAT teams and SWAT teams in big cities have NBC training because they have targets that would likely be attacked. But small town SWAT teams usually try and do the same training as their big city counterparts so that they can have bragging rights and feel elite.

the nbc gear is most likely for raiding meth labs. its a big problem in small town rural areas. still think they should ditch the A3 carry handles and get some free float railed handguards. nice choice going with the Otal though, I love mine..worth every penny.

what is the point of mounting optics on a removable carry handle? i think you guys should ditch the carry handles and use an eotech/aimpoint. with an ARMS back up flip up sight.
