  • update! now have a video of me doing 50kg dumbells on slight incline for 10 reps, (CHEST) and 2 reps on 140kg! :D all going well! clearly im alot bigger now than i was in this video! video on the way!! :D

  • nice progress bro. keep training. could definatly put on some more weight though. eat a shit load. and work on getting more volume in your chest. i believe that u could max rep 300lbs but thats no use if your chest doesnt show it. also build up yur delts. especially yur rear delts cant forget about those. other than that keep it up.

  • i just started training 7 months ago and started benching 50kg, i'm all natural so far and i'm doing 120kg for reps and max out at 140kg which is about 300lb. so i believe ya mate ;)) i think i'm a bit bigger than you but i'm bulking up whilst your pretty toned lol keep it up muk

    i dont know how the hell your benching, but your doing it wrong bro

    triceps and shoulders are secondary supporting muscles, pectorials are the primary function muscle in the bench press

    this kid does NOT , repeat, NOT, bench anywhere near 300lbs

  • you need to bring up your chest, medial deltoids, and do you have legs and what does your back look like? Your BF is higher than 5% too, 9-12% is a more accurate reading. keep training though you've got great potential. Don't neglect your back and legs, that is where size comes from!

    If you're not already, you should start doing massive weight exercises, like squats and deadlifts, because they boost your testosterone level naturally, and the rest of your body will benefit. and you should work your chest more.

    and, drink LOTS of homo milk to boost your testosterone and calories.
