There is no Helmet for the H.E.V. Suit. If you look at Pictures of Gordon, or go into 3rd Person View, there is no Helmet.

Like exo said. There is a helmet but Gordon never puts it on. If you go to Xen you see other scientists with the HEV suit but with the helmet on.
