i pressed do it all because mine needed to be unlocked and jailbroken. it worked and everything was awesome. then something happened and it stopped working and i had to factory reset it. then i tried jailbreaking and unlocking it again(pressing do it all) and it find the iphone and gets stuck on rebooting to restore and then it wont move from there. =(

any ideas on why or how to fix this?

no, the intallaton do all by itself, so you need to plug your cable to your computer and let the program run. oh and if itunes opens when its installing ziphone just click ok on the error it will pop and close itunes...
