line up more CFL like 4 of them and go with a regular spectrum instead of grow and aquarium bulbs then the result is they wont stretch as much
also look at the lumens out put on the bulbs blue is better for what u are doing

@tenderfootdemon Since this video I've added another light fixture. Regular spectrum, you mean regular GE bulbs? Thank you for the comment. Anything that could help is greatly appreciated!
