This isn't only fake, it's from a web series called 'Science of Scams' and was made as a deliberate and fraudulent example of science (in this case, chemical reasctions) being used to present supernatural powers. In case anyone's wondering, glycerol and potassium manganate seven was used to make the fire, potassium thiocyanate and dissolved iron three nitrate for the blood. Chi/KI is not real and I would love anyone to present any EVIDENCE (not heresay or patronism) to the contrary.

This video is FAKE there is some liquid on your hand and some on the paper thats just chemical reaction i know because im training KI two year with my friend. But KI is real because your brain makes vibrations that goes trought chakras to dan-tien and then you can take your energy to any place you wan't. OOH, figured out where the bag containing the chemicals for the combustion reaction are. Pause at 0:18 and look closely at the top left hand corner of the piece of newspaper. Its hard to see, but there's a rectangular clear plastic bag hanging down from the top, with what looks like a white powder in it. Its well disguised, but thats the thing that causes the combustion.

Ok, so pretty much bang on 0:30, he's doing something with his right hand very subtly underneath the paper. Could be that as you don't see the patch of the ground beneath the paper, something was previously placed there. I sort of think two things are there. One, is something he carefully removes, like a small blood pack to simulate the bleeding, as the right hand bleeds more than the left, and there seams to be two clear 'lines' of blood on each hand, fitting the way he claps them...

...Secondly, it could be that he makes sure something is in contact with the paper to ignite it which is linked to what looks like some sort of powder possibly underneath his left foot (there are quite a few chemicals which will ignite under friction (scraping his left foot forward), and burn with an 'invisible flame'. Or , when he places it on the floor, with his right hand he triggers something which responds in some way to the movement of his foot (air, radio device? not sure). Or maybe not!
