You sound like a great dog owner, but why did you entitle this "... fight...", when they are playing? It sounds like you attracted some dog fighting fans (BAD people!)
I guess you like these breeds, because they're machco dog breeds?! They make you feel like a cool strong man! Not saying that these are bad dogs, they're not. They were bred for working, guarding, huntng, and fighting. Not as family pets, although I'm sure they can make great companions!
Well i had a lot of dogs since I was a kid. Most of them were mixed breed, small, big all kinds. But 13 years ago i got as a gift caucasian ovcharka and i was amazed with that breed. After he died i bought another caucasian and I will allways have at least one caucasian dog. Argentino dogo I got as a gift and it's a really beautiful dog so that is the whole story about me and "these" type of dogs. With CO you have to be dominant (cool and strong :) otherwise he will bite you.

depends what kind of fight.. pitbull is the best dog 4 cage fight, where it would most likely beat ovcharka because of its big stamina, endurance and powerfull heart.. ovcharka would get tired and maybe get a heart attack.. but a pack of pitbulls would never be able to take territory from ovcharkas, wolves, german sheperds or many< other breeds.. i would personally feel much safer with an ovcharka in the woods than with a pitbull..
Well considering that a well bred, well conditioned CO is FAR more stronger than a good Pitbull and would most likely be more aggressive too, the CO could easily overpower the Pitbull before any "stamina" of the Pitbull came into effect.
Due to the obvious challenge of size and strength difference, a Pitbull would have to work a lot harder to even gain a glimpse of a dominant position.

@b5150b2012 actually you are wrong i own both CO and CAO and i also test these dog's and i can tell you from experience that Ovcharka's that are experienced at fighting pitbull will beat the pitbull and they are more than upto beating dogos they beat them easier than they beat pitbulls... any large breed will beat a declawed cougar cat's don't have stamina and with claw's removed no advantage over the dog .

They are a very dangerous breed and an uncontrollable "loose cannon" when they get mad.
I own one.
With family, friends, animals they were raised with, they are VERY tender and affectionate, and act like a Golden Retriever....BUT, if they get mad, they completely flip the scale 180" and turn into this vicious MACHINE!

The size and or body has been shrunk from breeders due to there uncontrollable behavior and overprotective attitude towards there owners. Which isn't a bad thing but can be a problem resulting in them having to be caged while even your relives comes over.

C.O. is too big to fight till death vs good D.A. or bigger Pit. They get tired quicker,and they are more sensitive on the pain. Just watch D.A. vs puma, or vs wild boar ;) Problem is also that ppl made a puppys (pet) of D.A. BUT they are not made for that. They are hunter and fight dogs (base on fighting dogs of cordoba) and it's the most popular fighting dogs in sout america and big part of europe ;)
There was pit in my town killin' everything they brought against it. But it was pit with 35-38 kg when it was in shape,and very expirienced in fight. Also there was Dogo Argentino about 100 km from my town,and it was killer too. Extremly strong,big and fearles. But they didn't fought vs each other never.

CO's are bread to defend against anything and tosas, dogos, pits, = waist of time to fight. Thats why if you try and fight them, especially in Detroit (there are alot of dog figts there) they wont let you... The weight dosent even compare.

You know nothing about the the C.O. just watch this video and see. was a D.A doing so to a pitbull there was a fight already. the C.O's fighting insticts are being excuted once he is on the guard much more than he is thrown to a fight. try to think about it you evile worthless man.

Ok you puny know-it-all geniuses.. You think if a C.O. sees another dog that is foreign it doesn't automatically go into the defend kill mode? Also, if u had half a brain, you would have watched more than just this video.... There is a video of two C.O.'s fighting for the fight not for protection... This breed of dog is very aggressive and will attack anything foreign i.e. other dogs and your mom...

You know nothing about C.O's! red army experts claimd that C.O's are the best to use as guardians or as in the very long past, as war-dogs. these is ain't no fighting, stupid, non reason attack dog as pitbull. if these dog win in a fight without trainning it is only because he is naturaly aggressive, fearless and violent. 3 elements that makes him to over come inability in show fight.

No. there is say: "as much as 1 man is a fool stands behind 1 problem thanks for his foolishness that much even 100 smart men will find it hard to fix with their wisdom". now, i didn't said that C.O's can't make it in fights and whene they are, they pull out alot of energy, they go in late, they are getting confused because it is not their natural role. thanks to their barve, aggressive, violente and phisical strengh they make it some times.

And yes. in some palces like in detroit they don't allow C.O's to fight with other dogs [but very mostly to a traind ones]. and some even wont take a chance even against non traind ones. but then again, that is not the point here ,right? we are talking if a C.O can take or not a pitbull or other and i didn't said he can't. i claimd something ells at all.

A Cau can eat any dog out there if its brought up to be a watch dog, Try beating on any dog while he is attacking you, you will see they will stop from the pain, a Cau will get to you and not even think of the pain until he or she is done killing you. My Cau killed a Dogo, no match, and im not into killing dogs, but was in a bad situation at a dog show and the dogo wanted to fight so i let my dog lose to eat the dogo

Caucasian ovtcharka is the strongest and fearless dog ever. He is closest breed to a wolf. Who ever saw a real caucasian in action(not the one for dog shows) knowes what im talking about. No metter how crazy can dogo, pit or any other breed be c. ovtcharka is still 100 kg beast that is simply too strong
