This is really amazing!!! Very good rendering! would you mind telling me some tips about the subsurface scatter settings? I also just made a Trex short movie called Jurassic "park" check it out if you like and let me know what you think..
@ParanormalEnities Thanks, can't really give you many tips. I used vrays SSS2 and tweaked until happy. If you set it too thin, it makes the dino look small. Hope that helps.
Rendering (light) looks great, the tail, head and legs look great! But the small arms look a bit too stiff. Nor you or me actually know how a t-rex looked or walked but I think they need a tiny bit more movement. And not in sync, a bit like when we walk we move one arm forward and one arm back to keep balance. I think that they probably had a bit of that as well.
For all we know a t-rex might have walked like pigeon with their head wobbling. But that looks quite wierd even for pigeons. :D

Could do with some skin movement, like shakes and ripples when the foot hits the ground, but aside from that, its looking really good :D
