Apparently the worst problem is cyclist idiots. Other than that, there's quite good horizontal and vertical markings on the streets. Maybe it could be a few lanes narrower. It's not too bad in this video. There IS much much worse countries and cities. Just do some search. :)
China and India probably have the worst traffic in the world. I don't know why Malaysians always complain about how bad their traffic is, its nothing compared to these 2 countries. Malaysia are probably ranked somewhere in the middle in terms of worst traffic.
China's traffic is pretty bad, but India is much worse. Not only peddlers and bicyclists are on the roads, even loose animals (especially cattlesand goats) are running amok on the streets.
