I apologize for the lack of credit and the confusion, but I didn't claim this as my own creation. I just posted showing what I had done after the tutorial. I'm currently using the ideas covered in the video with my own textures and other shader functions I've written.

Hey, Great work on the shader! I'm glad to see that my training DVD has helped you create a convincing wet pavement shader that i saw on your tumblr page. However, i couldn't help but notice that you haven't mentioned that you took the shader straight from my 3DMotive training DVD and called it your own.
If you could, atleast give me or 3DMotive.com credit where credit is due.

That's really cool, nicely done. Though I think it may be a tad too dark when it's wet.
