Uh... 3-D track motion... um...

Okay. Like... open up your video and look to the left of one of the tracks. There should be little options like "Bypass Motion Blur," "Track Motion...," "Track FX...," and etc. Look below those and click on the little 3D icon thingy (Compositing Mode).

Then select "3D Source Alpha."

Then go back and click on "Track Motion."

Then under "Orientation" just adjust the 'Y' and 'Z' however you want to.

Make sense?

And make sure that you put the clip that you want to slant on a different track/level than the other clips. Otherwise, all of the clips on that track/level will slant the same way.
