Here's how "I" see it..legolas DID intend to shoot Grima but only to further prevent the death of Saruman seeing as how he was going to give up info..BUT did not intend to kill him so he shoot him on the side,didnt kill him, and Grima was greeted back and there after lived a happy life!..*giggles* we just didnt see that bit..*Yells at screen* HE LIVED HAPPLY EVER AFTER DAMN IT!!
GOD DAMN PRETTY BOY LEGOLAS. I didn't like him before but now he really pissed me off. I'm sorry but I got to let this out and I know I'll be highly criticized about it...I think Wormtongue (Brad Dourif) is sexy. There! I said it. A lot of my girlfriends went ga ga for pretty boy goody goody Orlando Bloom but I prefer the dark side. There is just something attractive about a his character that is both back stabbing (hint hint) and conniving (like the Joker) . MMMMM..nice,
they seem like they should be shouting louder than they are, saramon and grima are on top of the TALL tower, how are they all able to hear one another? lol
i like grima in this scene. he seems so sad n longing for freedom, n he dus not look as odd looking as he did in the scenes at rohan. here he dusnt look half bad...but didnt legolas kill grima cuz he killed saraumon when he was about to give important news?

as how i saw this, legolas wanted to shoot Saruman, but the arrow went through him or smthing, so Grima was shot, that's a pity
