poor thing. They only time i saw a ls1 spin a rod bearing was when the guy ran 3 quarts low on oil. I'm sure this wasn't the case here though. Did you have the high flow oil pump? good rod bolt? That may have extended the life some

stock pump and bolts. it def had a hard life. keep your eyes peeld for my spring time vid - new setup should shed atleast a second off these times :)
