I did this mission today, it was supposed to be really easy to do. I figured so much out, but once I went into the Septim Hotel there was a Dark Seducer, Dark Seducer Archer and the Priest of Order. So I went into the house and I couldn't do much more than look at them go fighting by themselves. I hate when other NPCs kills my preys. I guess this was some kinda bug from me fixing the Blood Grass Glitch. Dunno, it really made me bored cause I really wanted that bow, Shadowhunt.

@nosam201 I'm not sure if guards will kill you, but yes, sunlight kills you slowly I think. I've never actually been a vampire before so I'm not too sure.

@nosam201 no the guards wont hunt you down they just call you a monster...sunlight slowly or quickly kills you depending on how far into vampirism you have progressed. and hiding in the shadows does not keep you from taking damage...so think carefully about it cause i was turned once(unwilling) and its not worth it trust me

@nosam201 IT doesnt kill you but sunlight makes u a bit weaker and night makes you stronger. Guards dont bother you unless you give them a reason.

@nosam201 if u feed on someone sleeping at night you can go out in daylight so being a vampire is worth it for the bonuses (strength,speed,nightvision spell)

when i went in the house their was a preist of order and two elfs things ive never seen attacking everyone? then (ive done the theives guild thing so instead of hyranamous lex or whatever the new guy was attacked by the legion guard !!) then falleion was killed by the elfs Shits fucked up i mean i didnt even do anything and i completed it lol

Oblivion is so unpredictable at times. Like one of the videos I posted where a guard randomly started attacking someone in a tavern and all the NPC's reacted strangely. The guy ran out and the guard chased after him then they just disappeared lol.

I somehow glitched up this quest pretty badly on my 360 version... I saw Faelian in the house and talked to him, but instead of killing him I told him I would get some skooma from the guy in Bravil. The guy in Bravil was nowhere to be found, and when I went back to the house to kill Faelian, he was gone. The green arrow says he's in the house, but he's not there, and Lorkmir is already dead. Any suggestions or am I stuck for good?

@blueoctopede hmmmm - not too sure about that one. You might want to look on the oblivion wiki for that particular quest to see if there's a solution there.

or load a game previous to you doing that :P

Same thing happened to me, and i didnt glitch it up like you did. I just waited for 2-3 hours..and he walked right in the door right after.

@BRENDADiZLE I spent a few in-game days doing other quests, and decided to go back into the house one night randomly and sure enough he was there! I went ahead and killed him and the quest finished like normal. Thanks!

if you are a vampire just dring blood and you can walk for a day or 2 in the sun

if you want to stop beeing a vampire you need to talk to a priest (i don't know who)

yeah if u drink blood u wont be damaged by the sun but be sure not to sleep or wait for long then youll get the nightmare and have to drink blood again

Yea I just started playing Oblivion again this past Sunday. I never REALLY played it. I sorta just played it till around level 5, messed around a bit and got disinterested and played other things.

But my god, after really getting into the game it's SO awesome!

Waiting for new games in the Fall, so this is a good filler :)
