When you hit enemies on certain occasions, or when the time runs out. Those are the only possible ways to die on switch palaces without cheating/hacking.

Overall, nice twist on the Switch palace stage, and a very good stage, too. My only quirk is that the waterfall at the end is (IMO) ugly. very very ugly. but thats it

Nice level: 4 stars from me, easy difficulty, some trial-and-error involved when trying to get the 5 Dragon Coins. Personally though, I'd like my switch palaces to not be normal levels like this so that you could always have the chance to collect all of the Dragon Coins in case you didn't manage to collect them all on your 1st run. Otherwise, nice job.
