  • Hey man I think he wants you to turn around

  • Turn around x 10000000

  • Cop had every right to taze him. If the retard would have stayed in his car to begin with, none of this would have happened. 60+ times of giving directions. Cmon

  • The cop doesn't know if this guy has a gun or is high on PCP. Fuck yea taze the fucker! I probably would have shot him dead.

  • lol next time just stay seated in your car dumbass cop woulda told ya your license plate was about to fall off...warned or sited who gives a shit getting tased sucks ass

  • I really hate cops.....but this guy really deserved it!

  • This cop is too heated up and thinks people have to stfu and do what he says. This cop is a danger to society. I'd rather protect myself. Cops have never been there when I really needed them and they are there to accost you when you are minding your own business.

  • Hearing this guy scream after getting tasered so many times made it all worth it, if your to stupid it obey a simple command...Turn around..then your obviously to stupid to be driving and walking closer to the cop really? did he think he was scaring him? love the video :)

  • What the fuck is a cop treating a routine traffic violation like a felony? What is wrong with this cop? Cops must have reasonable suspicion to pull you over. So the driver was well within his rights trying to figure out why he was pulled over. All the fucking cop needed to do was say "Your license plate is not properly secured to your vehicle". That's it! End of story. Fucking cops do not use their heads. They think submission through intimidation is the only way to gain cooperation.

  • @ElGatoLoco698 "treating a routine traffic violation like a felony?" Do you know how many routine traffic stops have ended in officers getting shot? Does the officer know this guy? Does the officer know what he is going to do? The answer is "no". The answer is there is no such thing as a "Routine traffic stop" The guy was not complying to simple commands of "stay in your vehicle" then he won't comply with turning around. The cop did use his head and went home at the end of shift.

  • @thebatman101069 First off this man was pulled over for a license plate issue not because he was suspected of committing a felony. Second, this person was not carrying a weapon and did not act aggressively to the officer and there was no reason to believe he would. Thirdly, he was already outside his car before the officer yelled at him. Fourthly, he kept asking and asking whats this about. All the cop had to do was tell him why he pulled him over. Simple as that.

  • @ElGatoLoco698 Once again, do you know how many officers have been shot for just pulling over a car for a minor infraction? This guy is acting hinky. Do you know that sometimes people who have just stolen a car stick another licence plate on the car to disguise the id of the real car? How does the officer know what this guy is about, did he just kill someone? Did he just rob somewhere? Does he have a gun in his waistband? All this guy had to do was comply simple as that.

  • @ElGatoLoco698 Fifty-seven of the 305 police officers killed in the line of duty between 2005 and 2010 died while conducting traffic stops. I want you to google each of these names and tell my why cops are on their toes with "routine" traffic stops

    Officer David Uribe

    Officer Scotty Richardson

    Officer John David Dryer

Officers Jeffrey Kocab and David Curtis

Sgt. Mark Dunakin and Officer John Hege

    Lt. Eric Shuhandler

    Officer Charles Sciortino

    and especially Deputy Kyle Dinkheller

  • @thebatman101069 Fine, you want to say traffic stops are not routine? Go ahead, still doesn't mean cops have to overreact.

  • @ElGatoLoco698 thats the point, there is no over reaction.

  • Driver deserved it... Driver is a idiot.... I cant stand the cops generally but this guy deserved it

  • Driver deserved it.... I cant stand the cops generally but this guy deserved it

  • Jesus tap dancing christ! Turn the fuck around. He should have shot him with a bullet for stupidity!

  • Ya know... HOW MANY TIMES does he have to friggin say "TURN AROUND! TURN AROUND NOW!" and the guy doesn't listen?? I'd Taze him ten times...

  • This guy was looking to get into trouble........"FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH A LAWFUL COMMAND" is against the law and this guy got what he deserved. All he had to do was obey the commands and ask questions once the officer deemed the situation safe.

  • Neither pepper spray nor tazers would have been necessary had the uniformed coward simply explained the reason for the stop and written a ticket for having a crooked plate. The uniformed coward escalated this encounter beyond all reason for no reason whatsoever. Had he treated the victim as a fellow human being and simply talked about what he was pulling the victim over for the outcome of this encounter would have been entirely unremarkable. This douche has no business in a police uniform.

  • Even when the guy complied with this #$%holes hysterical ranting it's still not enough for the uniformed control freak

    "GET DOWN ON YOUR KNEES"

None of this is necessary in this situation. Not the hysterical screaming, not the pointing weapons at the "suspect" Not the "TURN AROUND" not the "HANDS ON YOUR HEAD".

The cop could and should have handled this situation without deliberately escalating to the point of absurdity.

  • Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. NOW! DO IT NOW NOW Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around. Turn Around.

  • turn around turn around turn around turn around turn around WHY

  • so y didnt the cop tell him what he did?

  • Why didn't he listen? The cop told him over and over and over and over and over again, and he refused to listen. He should have go back into his car like the officer told him instead of acting like a fool. Tasering him over and over againt was wrong too, but the dummy continued to disobey orders, and it came to a bad ending.

  • it is unuseual for the driver to step out of the vehicle but that does not over rule the fact the officer has the obligation to inform him of the nature of he stop try saying this phrase out lod " you are being stopped because your license plate is hanging crooked please get back in your vehicle" it took me 6.1 sec to say it. thats all the guy wanted and thats all the officer had to say

  • note that the officer would have been more justified in tasing the man if the officer was by himself he didnt need witnesses as there was a camera once the other officers arrive he should have been informed of the nature of the offence all he wanted to know was why he was being stopped the question should have been answered

  • DID ANYONE JUST WONDER IF HE LISTENED THIS WOULD NEVER HAD HAPPEN GETTING OUT OF YOUR CAR AFTER BEING TOLD NOT I WOULD OF DONE THE SAME THING

  • Ok this is for all those people out there stupid enough to talk bad about the cops.

First off I have a friend who's a cop. He was nearly shot on a routine traffic stop like this. The police have to be cautious.

secondly the officer gave the man plenty of warning. He should have complied and none of this would have happened.

  • @121137az1 You have a point, but that doesn't make it an excuse to taser a guy 6 times for not following orders. Do you know how many voltages run through your body when you get tased? The guy did nothing and the cop irresponsibly pointed a weapon at him. He could have used pepper spray or a martial arts technique which could have gotten the job done easily. Anyway even though you tried to defend the cop, here is the proof that probably go the cop suspended or even fired.

  • @FadFlow but when you look at it it was more than 1 officer that tased him, and you can't punish 1 of them for a groups action. As my staff sergeant says you win as a team and lose as a team so if they're gonna get punished they'll get punished as a team and not just 1 officer. And the man was putting his hand in his pocket as he was running, so the officers might have thought that he was reaching for a weapon. So they had a reason 2 do it.

  • @121137az1 They should all be punished. I'm pretty sure if the guy wanted to hurt the cop he would have done so in an instant. I still wouldn't let my guard down but also not use such a lethal means of control. The purpose of being a cop is to protect not to harm.

  • @FadFlow While that is true that the officers job is to protect and serve, there comes a time when he has to protect himself. As I said in an earlier comment he looked as if he was reaching for his pocket, which may contain a weapon. And a tazer isn't exactly lethal its about as effective as pepper spray and he couldn't use pepper spray from such a long distance. A pepper spray canister only has a range of 3-5 ft. and the officer was about 10-15 ft. away when he tazed him

  • @121137az1 Pepper spray which irritates the eyes temperately is not the same as something that can stop a man's heart.Especially at 6 times the watts. Amps alone allow(the currant of a surge) can kill of high enough.

  • @FadFlow But I will say this again. Pepper spray only has a range of 3-5 ft. and the man was about 10 ft. away when was tazed. And the reason he was tazed so many times is he was resisting arrest, and fighting the officers. And if you notice as 1 of the officers was running he was reaching for the area on his belt where pepper spray is held, so its very likely that the pepper spray didn't work

  • @FadFlow I will repeat what I said earlier. A can of pepper spray only has a range of 3-5 ft. and the man was about 10 ft. away when he was tazed. And if you notice one of the officers was reaching for the place on his belt where pepper spray is kept, so there's a possibility that pepper spray didn't work

  • @121137az1 Well anyway I've had enough, the cop is still suspended for being a coward and calling 5 other people to tazing a guy for just standing still and asking a question. The cop didn't even say "put your hands up were i can see them" to guarantee the guy was unarmed or "you have to right to remain silent" to get him to shut up. Also that bullshit you said earlier about range has nothing to do with it because at 2:19 the guy is clearly unarmed and he could have use hand to hand combat.

  • @FadFlow Wow resorting to bad language cuz you got proven wrong? What a spoiled brat.

  • @121137az1 I am proven wrong? He still got a lawsuit as the video says. If this wasn't the case the cop would have been in his job going tazer happy.

  • @FadFlow That last part made no sense

  • @121137az1 shh boy...hope you get tazed like that guy did for doing nothing.

  • @FadFlow Thanks deushbag. I hope the same for you

  • @121137az1 me or the cop?

  • @FadFlow I think I've been talking to you this whole time and I think I responded to your comment...

  • @121137az1 Lmao that was a rhetorical question.

  • @121137az1 This coward was not being cautious. He was being hysterical. Even when the victim attempted to comply with the cowards instructions, the coward simply couldn't help himself. He just HAD to escalate even further and demand the victim get down on his knees. WHY!?!?!

This cop is beyond incompetent. It is not a training flaw, it is a character flaw which makes him a completely inappropriate candidate for employment as an officer of the law.

  • @docdamag Well you'll notice that he decided to comply after the taser probes entered his arm and then he started to run away so they decided to tase him to stop him

  • @121137az1 The cowardly cop deliberately escalated the encounter to that point completely unnecessarily. He should not have been employed as a cop and should never again be employed as a cop. His character flaws render him incapable of serving his community in that capacity.

  • @NomNomPhenom

You are neither living in Iran nor the Thirteen Colonies. Why do you not just take the fight to the ballots instead of raving about armed revolution?

  • @philistine2nd your disgusting. That officer should have gotten his ass beat. It's okay for cops to pull guns on people so that cops feel safe but it's not okay for people to pull guns on cops so that they feel safe? Nice to see you love the double standard. A badge doesn't earn anyone extra rights, it just makes them authoritative junkies.

  • Bruce Harper deserved what he got. The officer gave him plenty of latitude, more than enough of an opportunity to comply. Officers demand compliance from people for their own (the police's) protection.

  • The location of this incident is a very well-known, DANGEROUS are, the police have also the RIGHT to be careful and protect themselves from those dangers.

You guys are ignorant to the fact that YOU are RESPONSIBLE EVERYTIME you DRIVE. By that YOU AGREE to SUBMIT to the law of the land EVERYTIME you DRIVE..

  • @LegendarySayayin

Just cause a cop gives an order doesn't mean he needs to be respected or the order followed

And while there are repercussions for some actions where was the open hands, the closed hands, the asp baton before the guy went to his gun - use of force violation anyone ?

  • @LegendarySayayin you are ignorant to the fact that excesive force is a crime, and that he has the ight to be notified of the reason for the stop also the jury aquited him so enogh jurors beived he was in the right so is every one but you wrong?

  • @zackarytylor Ughh...Calling me ignorant is a petty excuse; People like you should focus more on your duties as Americans than bragg about your rights. I'm not ignorant, I've reviewed this video a dozen times. Now tell me, if you as a police officer; Working in a dangerous city like this one for example, and this guy whom you've just stopped that has a crooked plate and comes out defiantly walking straight at you...

  • ...Would you not be alarmed at this situation? You don't even know if the true owner of the car is him, if he is a convict or a criminal.

  • @LegendarySayayin additionaly the use of exxecive fore shows mallice the ofiecers continue to tase him after he begs for them to stop that is enogh to put them in jail

  • @LegendarySayayin Cops are required and trained to use their hands to subdue a suspect if no threats are displayed this guy had no weapons was not in an uncontrollable mood and was rationally asking for an explanation there was no reason to taze him to start out with.....

  • @LegendarySayayin Bullshit, the law of the land is that cops are not our kings and queens, they should not be allowed to do with us as they please they better tell us a reason for detention before doing so.

  • @laetrille Do you even know what you are talking about? When did the cop said he was going to 'detention'? Would you not shit your pants when you stop some random person and he gets out and start walking to you? What if he was sleight-of-hand with knives and the cop had died? Nuff said...

  • @LegendarySayayin I would of been very happy if he would of been shot, we dont need violent steet thugs with badges abusing us for not obeying their hegemoic orders or not signing a ticket for driving 2 miles above the speed limit.

  • Why is it that the older I get the dumber people get... is it just me? You just have to love the fact that the cop still gives out orders while the guy is getting tazed.. Like the guy actually can listen and act while getting electrocuted.

  • jesus christ, after the first 500 times the cop screamed at him,I started to TURN AROUND AND PUT MY HANDS ON MY HEAD!!!

  • Is it me, or did that cop sound like a friggin broken record. The drivers first mistake was getting out of his car, and approaching the cop. To the cop, that's an aggressive move. He had every righr to tazer him. I would have told him 3 times, warn twice, then light him up. Sorry, cop was right.

  • That cop sounded like a hysterical, screechin sissy, no wonder the guy wasn't paying any attention to him.

  • Cop was clearly a wuss in school. Received absolutely no respect lol

  • This was a traffic stop? Guy can't walk around and question police?

  • you see?... GTA is only a game

  • salcamarano, yeah, you're right. the officer should have told this poor innocent citizen 50 more times to turn around. then, he should have apologized to this poor innocent citizen for having the audacity to pull him over for breaking the law. you're right. citizens should completely run all over police officers whilst they are conducting an investigation. my, what a solid head ou have on your shoulders. Obama 2012, huh?

  • He kind of had that coming but not because he dared to question why, but for the simple reason that he should have known that cops are mindless drones who's sole purpose is to wait for anyone to break procedure so they can control them. They will taser women, children, the elderly, they just don't care :(

  • hey dumb ass- turn around and put your hands on your head- idiot

  • @usernasc3974 You are a fool.

  • You shameless serf! You know that you deserved that. You did not obey your masters. They don't have to talk to you like a normal human being and explain that they wanted you to return to the car for their perceived safety. Just obey or we will choose to punish you without a trial again.

  • Trademark of Police State is that Obeying orders is what it's all about.

All the democracy dope was just propaganda fearing revolt when socialist states existed. Now they are gne the mask falls and the "power democrcy" shows the ugly face.

  • that guy is dumb lol

  • This guy shouldn't have exited the car. He's lucky he wasn't shot exiting in that manner, but after he was out of the car the cop isn't supposed to let him get back in for safety purposes. That was a bad command by the officer.

Now after the man exited his vehicle (without being asked) he's supposed to comply for the safety of the officer. He failed to comply he was deemed a threat and was tasered.

I believe this was out of control for a crooked license plate, but the driver escaleted it.

  • Most cops are criminals plain and simple!

  • I am middle age, middle class and watching this cop scares me! this cop escalated this situation with no due cause. the cop WANTED to escalate this situation. probably bored. I have to wonder if the cop is disappointed that he wasn't about to back shoot him.

  • Both people were idiots. The cop got highly excited when he didn't need to, and the "guy" should have just gotten back into his car. And when he didn't he should have turned around with his hands up. The cop doesn't know if he is going to be shot, but then the cop should have explained WHY he wants the guy back in his car for both their safety.

  • Cops are useless robots.

  • how can you be arrested for resisting arrest when there was no initial crime, especially when the cop won't even tell you whats going on

  • moron got what he deserved, he sat there and argued... pointless. what did he think was going to happen.

  • @dhrdan What argument? The cop could have disolved the problem by simply saying. "Just a simple license work order sir. Please get back in your vehicle." The cop excalated the issue unnecessarily. Both sides were being stubborn, but the cop is trained to know better than that.

  • @dhrdan "what did he think was going to happen"

That the police officer would behave like a sane human being and explain why he had been pulled over. What would have been so frigging difficult about treating the driver courteously?

  • Poorly trained police officer. Such stupidity over bullshit. Imbeciles. Both of em.

  • video made me sad

  • Did the cop want him to turn around or something?

  • This cop is obviously a noob at pullin people over... saying "turn around" a thousand times won't do anything... thats why you sprint at him and tackle his ass to tha ground

  • Don't get me wrong, but all this could have been handled in a calm manner if he just did what the policeman said. Sure you don't like it, but you'd get over it in about a minute rather than being tazed and beaten.

  • The policeman could have told him why he stopped him and acted like a human then it probably would have went smoothly.

  • Only a slave follows orders barked at him from his masters. This is America, the people MUST be treated as innocent until proven guilty. Barking orders at an American is going to cause a lot more trouble than it is going to help.

  • If these Cops are so Scared of their Traffic stops. Why are they Cops! I went thru a similar deal, but I got back in the car. Chicken Shit cop!

  • If these Cops are so Scared of their Traffic stops. Why are they Cops!

  • Completely justified! Dumb bastard should have listened. Not like he is giving him complicated shit to do! Screamin Bitch Award!

  • Completely justified! Dumb bastard should have listened. Not like he is giving him complicated shit to do!

  • Stupid bastard should have listened. Its simple directions.

  • horrible!!

  • Eighth Amendment – Prohibition of excessive bail and cruel and unusual punishment.

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

    RON PAUL 2012

  • Fourth Amendment – Protection from unreasonable search and seizure.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

    RON PAUL 2012

  • crying like a bitch

  • over 3 minutes of turn around hands on your head... a black guy wouldn't get 2 seconds

  • this cocksucker should have listened. if he would have stayed in his car he would have found out what it was about.

  • think he must clean his ears and listen to the cop way must a small think get to a piont where it gets like that taser the him more looks he listen now lmao

  • I have no love for cops, But the cop told him 26 times to comply....

  • @arpus9091 The SS told the jews to step in gas chamber 27 times!

    Now your F*kin happy???

  • @sonofpikaia Bit different don't you think???

  • @arpus9091

So you agree, saying something 26 times doesn't automatically mean you have to comply.

It's not about uniform or how many times someone said it, it's about why he pulled him over on the first place?

making drugs illegal is the hole reason why this has happened. 99% of the cops who get under fire is because of drugs traffic. so this guy is a victim of this failed system. the war on drug was started to get lower crime, and what happened we taser the innocent?

  • @sonofpikaia Actually they played music and told them they were going into the showers, and they complied as all good citizens do.

  • Wow. No over reaction at all by these police. A crooked license plate caused this? Wonderful.

  • @DrBrianSpeed He wasn't tackled for having a crooked license plate; it was because he gets out of the car ( a big no-no during any traffic stop), and refuses to cooperate with the officer. Btw, criminals have been caught before because they were pulled over for minor offenses, so you never know what to expect during a traffic stop.

  • I have asked my own Sheriff about this kind of shit... his answer has left me "less than comfortable" to say the least.

  • Man, that cop is such a little bitch! "Turn around, turn around, turn around!"

    Shut up!!!!!

  • why the hell does the cop not cooperate but expects him to cooperate?

  • all he had to do is listen cop done the right thing

  • It sounds like they are gang raping a woman.

  • Fuck the police.

  • @chinopisces That's a bit out of line when the guy had it coming. You don't step out of your vehicle when you're pulled over, and when an officer tells you to do something, you do it for the safety of the officers (who are also trying to protect the rest of society) and so that the matter can happen in the most civilized manner. "Sir, turn around, put your hands on your head; do it now." That was said perhaps more than the man was tased.

  • @OddFacade: Its amazing how brainwashed some people are. How any person would be so subservient to authority is beyond me. Your belief that cops are trying to 'protect society' is indication of how indoctrinated you are. The truth is that they are merely tax collectors for the State. So what if he stepped out of his vehicle? He was not threatening at all, and did nothing that deserved violent action. The fact that it was done repeatedly reveals the sadism of people on a power trip. Fuck that.

  • @chinopisces Actually, the time of having individual people as tax collectors has ended. It was in the 50s or 60s that the government stopped sending people out to citizens' homes to tax them on what they own each years. Tell me, if you were in some accident, and a paramedic told you to lay on your back with your arms spread and knees up, would you question why over 40 times and do absolutely nothing? This guy wasn't threatening out of his vehicle, but some come out wielding guns. No chances.

  • @OddFacade Need to save society from all those mis-hung license plates!!

  • @fussellnut Ok, that one made me laugh. Ya got me on that one, lol...

  • @fussellnut The worste part of that is, that cop is ten times more of a man than you!! Moronic pond scum.

  • @strobelight487 You need to get out more and enjoy the time you have left ;)

  • @h4ppychap I get out plenty and enjoy all my time.

  • @fussellnut Fuck you! Keep "your" scraggly ole azz in the pin. Thats where you get all your kicks anyway. I wish you would do the same as this guy did so we could all see your azz get buzzed too. The guy was disobeying a lawful order, jeopardizing the officers saftey, and obviously had altiror motives. Get out of mommies basement and read the law, moron!! Besides, If I wanted any lip off you, I would scrape it off the sheep.

  • @fussellnut your right... the guy should have been shot.

  • Told him to turn around for 4 minutes strait!!! I lost count at 22 times. I dont see what the officers did wrong except waiting too long.

  • @strobelight487 Yeah...its the food then, have a good one ;)

  • @h4ppychap Must be, or It could possibly be the liberal morons posting ignorant comments blaming the police for doing what we pay them to do.

  • @strobelight487 You are stating opinions and not facts..you are entitled to your opinions but they do not trump the facts.

ie. We do not pay the police to taser people. We pay them to keep the peace not cause controversy.

You introduced opinions I believe I will give mine, the officer could have asked him if he would stay at a distrance and explained he did not feel safe in a nice calm respectful way which may have produced a better outcome. People respond better when treated like an adult.

  • @h4ppychap Well first, I clearly heard the officer say,"stay in your car" 4 times before he started "ordering" the guy to get back in the car. 2nd, that was a lawful request, Third, if the officer would have explained why, it most likely would have turned into an argument, i.e. no I didnt, yes you did, no I didnt, ect... in turn, esculating the situation. Had the guy read the drivers manual, you are asked to pull to the right, STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE, and wait for the officer to approach. CONT...

  • @h4ppychap Do you realize how many officers are shot in traffic stops that start this way. The criminal is positioning himself for a shot. Those are facts, not opinions. We pay the police to protect us. Criminals dont stop being criminals just because the police ask nicely. Google "the officer down memorial page", they are shot just about daily by ppl acting in the same manner as this guy. I would be suspicious of everyone also. That is fact

  • @strobelight487 And why did they pull this guy over on the first place?

And why do you think there are people shooting on cops when they are pulled over? (not that i agree!)

  • @sonofpikaia Does it matter? The reason does that excuse this guys actions!! It doesnt matter WHY he was pulled over.

Even if the cop told him what the reason was, it still doesnt excuse his actions. That is why we have court. Lets say the cop did tell him while he was out of the car, "Sir, I pulled you over because......Then the guy disagrees and starts a fight or takes off running, or pulls a gun and starts shooting (doesnt matter to him what is behind the cop..., houses, kids, animals, ect.

  • @sonofpikaia All would have been avoided if the driver just stayed in the car, took his warning or ticket, and follow up in court if he didnt agree. NOT act like an idiot.

  • @h4ppychap And one more FACT, you can't keep the peace with someone that exits his vehicle and already appears to be angered, cant listen to a simple request and obviously (my opinion) has alterior motives. The guy wanted conflict. Its universal knowledge you are supposed to stay in your vehicle for officer safety as well as your own. That cop had no way of knowing what the guys motives were, did you? Did the guy have a gun in his waist? Was he getting closer to charge the officer? Never know.

  • @h4ppychap ;)

  • i would have tazed him alot earlier...

  • there was like 10 cops that showed up i bet there was a Dunkin' Donuts around the corner

  • @dreammodz34 Na, its pizza these days.

  • This is what you get for having an improperly hung license plate. The police state exists....and is strong.

  • @womsterr y dont you sut the fuck up

  • @dellvostro00001 Why don't you make me tough guy. People need to start arming themselves to protect themselves from this kind of police brutality.

  • First off I hate cops and everything they stand for, but this situation the cops were within their rights to tase this jackass. All he had to do was stay in his car and if he had a problem with what the cop was doing to take it up in court. The dude was acting in a threatening manner and the cops were within the law to tase him. To top it off, tough guy cried like a bitch.

  • @FastBrian1 shut the fuck up

  • @dellvostro00001 You cry like a bitch. I've seen girls tougher than you.

  • @FastBrian1 i for give you for being an ass

  • @dellvostro00001 And I forgive you for telling me to shut the fuck up. And I still think this jackass was acting stupidy towards the pig. Everyone knows pigs are the scum of the Earth and are just looking for a reason to assault and batter us useless eaters. This guy was acting as if we still have civil rights in this country, he shood have been smarter.

  • a friendly dialog might have been better?

  • White man is the Devil. Game over.

  • First off, NO One has the right to monday morning quarterback this Deputy! YOU wernt there, YOU didnt have to handle this punk. and for anyone who thinks that jumping out of your vehicle when you get pulled over and demanding to know why your being stoped is a good idea, you are very wrong!! You stay in you vehicle and wait for the officer to come up to your window. This Harper guy obviously has a very hard time following directions. Good job Deputy Davis!!!

  • wow and to think this would have been much easier on everyone by stayin in the car

  • STUPID COP

  • All the cop had to do was tell him why he was pulling him over. If he does that the guy would most likely back down and there's no problem. Harper was clearly stupid to get out his car but the cop did a poor job of handling it. The cop should of diffused the situation instead of escalating it.

  • @Caladiscafrosis All he needed to do was turn around.

  • @Brandan09997 The cop in this case failed to realize he needed to diffuse this situation as soon as possible. I'm not agreeing with Harpers actions but a good cop knows how to properly handle a situation like this. I do agree that if Harper stays in his car and waits for the officer to approach him and then asks why he was pulled over none of this happens but he didnt do that. That's were being a good cop who knows how to diffuse situations like this one comes into play.

  • TURN AROUND ASSWHOLE!!!

  • The guy screamed like a little girl. ROFL

  • @beper2k6 thats whats happens when u get tasered

  • i would shove that fucking taser down his throat and tase him

  • Comment removed

  • Like how they drag him infront of his car....hidden form camera.

  • after 46 times of telling him to put his hands on his head, he rally deserved to get tasered!!!!

  • What was with this prick?

    1. He got out of his car and refused to get back in when instructed

    2. He refused to turn around - not once, twice or even 50 times

    3. He kept advancing towards the police officer

I'm just suprised he didn't get zapped sooner. The longer it went on, the more he was winding up the cop, to the point where I'm sure he gave him an extra blast or two just for the extra aggravation he had caused.

  • @cbellock2 by that logic cops could just go around tasing everyone they want because potentially anyone could pull a gun. You one of those people who believe cop are above the law and can do anything want and it is justified because the guy wears a badge. The cop was just pissed off of the guy wanted to know why he was being stopped. This guy was in incredible pain and the cop continues. he deserves to have his badge taken away. All the cop had to do was say why he was stopping him.

  • @frankiegmh civilians should at all times comply with the instructions given by a police officer, the instructions are there to protect the officer as well as the civilian.... if the civilian dosen't comply he might (and in this case should) get tased. This cop had a enormous amount of patience, he should have shot him when he walked up to the car!! And the dude could have avoided getting tased again IF HE JUST WOULD HAVE COMPLIED WITH THE ORDERS GIVEN TO HIM... u ass hat!!

  • @macbooksafari You can't be serious, he should have shot him? In that case you clearly think police officers are above the law if you feel they should be able to use lethal force on an unarmed man because he didn't do what the cop ordered him to do and don't say he might have had a gun because like I said in an earlier comment you can say that about any person who is stopped. Since when do any US citizen have to follow anyone's orders. We are all free not slaves we do not have to follow orders.

  • @frankiegmh a taser is not lethal force dude. And no I don't think policemen are above the law, however the guy didn't follow the policemans instructions, he got plenty of chances. He probably didn't have a gun but he walked towards the officer in a aggressive manner and could have easily rushed him, the coop was right to tase him and when he resisted they also had a right to tase him (may have been a bit excessive but I still think it was well within their rights.)

  • @macbooksafari I didn't say the taser was lethal force, did you read my entire post I was reacting to your comment that he should have shot him. Your claim that the guy was walking toward him in an aggressive manner in ridicolous as well. Go back and look at how he is standing when the cop tasers him. There is nothing aggressive about it. If the cop was afraid when he was walking toward him then he would have tased him at that point. The cop was lazy and did like being questioined bottonline.

  • @frankiegmh haha dude, I meant shoot him with the teaser. I'm not an idiot, coops shouldn't willynilly shoot people with their actual handguns.

He didn't comply, he refused to do as he was told (and no we're not slaves to the authorities) when you get pulled over you just stay in your car, and when a police officer tells you to do something 20 times you should do it... or else you could get tased or worse. (This guy was lucky he got away with screaming to a coop)
