Panasonic beat NAD to the market by four years using TI's topology, priced for everyone. The M2 is none-the-less a game changer, but won't share much success because of two key factors:

1. Analog folks aren't going to dump their outrageous, overpriced, gear in favor of a one-box solution. They'd have nothing to gloat about anymore.

2. The M2 is overpriced for what it is by at least a factor of 5. Those that know this, won't be jumping at it anytime soon.
