That's not true at all. Gwen and Ethan were in love WAY before Theresa came into the picture. Ethan only met Theresa after he graduated college and moved back to Harmony with Gwen. Theresa was obsessed with Ethan all through her youth and she stalked him when he came back to town and pretended to be Gwen's friend so she could seduce Ethan. Theresa is nothing but a common whore. I admit that Gwen did horrible things in the end but it was Theresa who started it all.
Gwen was the cause of ALL HER OWN probelms. Theresa never did anything to Gwen, but fall in love with Ethan. Gwen could have dealt with it maturely, and accepted that it was never 'true love' and Ethan was obviously, never hers, instead of ruining everyone's life and opening her legs to trap Ethan and manipulate him to marry her.
