@DiaperSector Does that say August 23, 2011 of when you received the strike? If so, that's exactly the same day that I got my strike. I also was falsely flagged for hate speech but although I appealed it the day after I haven't heard anything of YouTube of whether they would accept or reject my appeal. At least you knew that they took some sort of action on your appeal although it was very unfair but for me it's like as if they never reviewed my appeal.

Hey, if you want to re-upload the videos, put them on Youku (a Chinese video sharing site) - the Chinese won't care

You could try Tudou (another Chinese site) or Dailymotion (French)

Then when they are on the new site, use one of the videos still up and link to the new locations from there
