These are great questions, to the first question about the punishment of someone who never recieved the message in that they practiced what their forefathers taught them, Allah has sent messengers to ALL nations so there will always be a knowledge of ONE god in their understanding that is first and foremost, and just as in the future muslims will only say the shahadah but not even pray yet Allah will forgive them, So i believe the same is true with these people.
Also Allah is All forgiving, therefore on his mercy he can forgive ANYONE their short commings, there is a hadith of a woman who was a prostitute giving water to a dog dying of thirst and for that she will enter heaven, so there are many ways to heaven, all leading to the mercy of GOD. as for a muslim who does not practice, again Allah can forgive that person for that mustard seed's worth of faith. and what ever is not forgiven will be paid for.
This is why it is important that we always strive to do good and forbid evil. to the question about jews and christians, yes we follow the same god, however there are those that conceal the truth they will be punished, there are some who are simply sheep, and their leaders talk about savign them, but on the day of judgement they will run away from that responsibility, so again it is all up to the mercy of Allah

@Software the hadith says she was 9 years old when she consumated marriage there are some that say it should actually be 19 based on the events of the time, but for the most part everyone agrees she was atleast 9 years old so i dont know where you get 40 from.
as for Hoors, it is clear from the quran they are purified mates, no where in the quran does is say anything about 72, but none the less the quran is clear they are mates for the believers, so i say shoot those that say it is grapes

Someone who has heard and understands the teachings of islam and reject it is a kafir. not simply someone who heard about islam, because you can hear negative things about islam, that doesnt mean that you actually know what islam truly teaches.

when a person is "born a muslim" or any other religion for that matter..it gives the impression of accepting whats told to you, rather than rational voluntary choices.
i feel that religion should be banned until the age of 18, all places of worship removed, BUT the constant schooling of all religions at an equal level.
if islam is the true religion...people will convert to it after the age of 18.
but i strongly doubt anyone would accept religion under these circumstances.

These are great questions, to the first question about the punishment of someone who never recieved the message in that they practiced what their forefathers taught them, Allah has sent messengers to ALL nations so there will always be a knowledge of ONE god in their understanding that is first and foremost, and just as in the future muslims will only say the shahadah but not even pray yet Allah will forgive them, So i believe the same is true with these people.

Just because a 12 year old girl is going through puberty doens't necessarily mean that all of her other womenly body function is up to scratch. Just because they have pubic hair growing on certian parts of the body doesn't mean the rest of the body's transformation has been fully transformed to an adult state of a women. At the age of 18 all necessary elements to form a fully grown and capable women as been released and has been displayed from the inside as well as the outside for all to see.

Look God gave Moses the ten commandments which was the law. Jesus said he never came to change the law but to fulfill it.

Bukhari:V5B59N512 "The Prophet had their men killed, their children and woman taken as captives (slaves). The captives were divided among the Muslims. Then the Messenger began taking the homes and property that were closest to him. Good manners huh.

Volume 5, Book 59, Number 512: Narrated Anas: The Prophet offered the Fajr Prayer near Khaibar when it was still dark and then said, "Allahu-Akbar! Khaibar is destroyed, for whenever we approach a (hostile) nation (to fight), then evil will be the morning for those who have been warned." Then the inhabitants of Khaibar came out running on the roads. The Prophet had their warriors killed, their offspring and woman taken as captives. Safiya was amongst the captives...

1) Muslims ask (hostine) nation if they can preach Islam.
2)If the (hostile=pagan) nation refuses, they attack.
3)Men who are killed are WARRIORS of the (hostile) nation, but weak persons aren't attacked (women, kids, old people...)

... when they saw how muslims "invadors" or saviors were behaving kindly with them, because if muslims haden't come, those people still would bury their new born femele babies, treating black people as animals, not giving women right to dirvorce, marring their own mothers after their fathers death...

Do you wanna know why that happened? These womens caused the children of Israel through the counsel of Balaam to trespass against the lord in the incident of Peor. Because they had done this, there were a plague among the congregation of the Lord. So a price had to be made and that is why that happened. Do remember this was before Jesus had come down to earth so it was alot different. You can't really say that about Muhammed huh. Didn't he hear the message of Jesus?

Muhammed and Jesus and Abraham and Moses(and many other prophets) met the night of "Isra and Mi'raj", when Gabriel took him to meet the Lord.
the 4 great prophets had been talking then they talked about the date of the day of Jugdment, they asked Moses, he said he didn't know nothing, They asked abraham, he didn't know, then thy asked Jesus he said that God said to him to prepare to come back on earth because the Antichrist will woonly be unleashed.

Look,there are some similarities between Moses and Muhammed...it's normal,all prophets had to fight,but Jesus who didn't had had the time... cause jews wanted kill him first(they didn't,God saved him and made people hallucinate)

You have no idea what you are talking about. The Jesus is your quran is a fake believe or not but it's true. Tell me why did the Jews wanted to kill Jesus? He was claiming to be God and rightly so because he is God. When Jesus was on earth he was giving riddles about his true nature. The demons even knew it is well.

Jew tried to kill him just because they always been killing prophets, because prophets were always saying to jews to do things that jews dislike (giving 1/40 of their money to charity...) as they tried to kill Muhammed. David and Jesus cursed them. they tried to kill him because he said he was their Messiah, and was saying thing disliking to them and for roman pagan people, so they conspirated to kill him as they did with many other prophets before Jesus.
