Jason is a great bencher and even more important a great guy. I just got back from the Westside seminar. Jason spent ove an hour helping me and only a few others on bench technique. He could have easily just went home but did not.

 I am very impressed that he has inherited Louie's giving nature. I feel lucky to have been at Westside this last weekend. Thanks Jason.

where do you get a bar like that?

I use a wooden dowl from the hardware store. Just cut it to 7ft long and about an inch or 2 in diameter. It won't be able to handle crazy loads like you see some of these guys with, but it creates the unstableness of the bamboo bar and found it to work in the same capacity.
