Lots of Great artist come of the NE of Ohio.. Columbus has a great Zoo, but it is too suburbia for me just too , I lived there few years, didn't like it.. Cleveland Rocks.. Akron is cool.. Kent still Kent I was born there .. Michigan has the great lakes and desert sand dunes.. It is a great state,, Lansing is like Akron,, MSU is like Kent State on steroids/ Hudson, Ohio/Coventry Square in Cleve.has black squirrels. like KSU.. Black squirrels were brought from MSU. I live there..

Day 1's itinerary takes you to a Mud Hens game (Toledo,) then Old Man's Cave (Athens,) then the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame (Cleveland,) and THEN to Wright-Patterson AFB (Dayton.) Even if you switch up the order for more efficiency, google maps is estimating 500 miles of driving!
