Thank you for reintroducing me to the wonderful world of Turkish cooking. My mother Sema was a superb cook, seamstress, and dressmaker. She died young when I was a small child, but thankfully, I remember her and the wonderful food she made for our family. I have long wondered how she and my Aunt Sevda made the food I so fondly remember. Thanks to your videos, I'm learning. I too was born September 12. You are a lovely person and a fine representative of the Turkish people.
