That E1 was doing somewhere between 200km/h and 240km/h. You can work it out, train length is 302 metres and the rest is simple arithmetic. They are permitted 240km/h. The E4 is also restricted to 240km/h. They do not slow down for stations. The E4 is a tad over 200 metres long.
yea your right beacuse thats why in 1950 they said that its the fastest and saftes ways to traveal. in japane and in china and austrla korea bullit trains can git to 420km/h and brake to 15kh/m thats 200mph ithink to 15-20 mph corect me if wrong but yea its the safest to traveal
To the feel the rush or concusion of these was awesome. They are really only going half speed because of the platform, but they haul ass when they get away from town.
We can't feel speed, only acceleration.....not to brag but I am taking a cool science class this semester

Japan Shinkansen second accident and operates in 46 years. Even China is imitating the shape of the bullet train, no-nonsense safety and technology.

The first train is a E1 Max(Maximum Amenities Xpress), while the second was a E4 Max.These would have been on the Tohoku Shinkansen.

It isn't scary, you hardly realize that you are moving. The train is quiet with a slight hummmm. Kinda like an old Cadillac

Its only scary if if it accelerates very quickly or it turns very quickly. My opinion. It's nice to ride fast trains
