    1/2 cup of Almond milk

    1/4 orange juice

    1 frozen banana chopped

    2 large Kale leaves (also better if you store them frozen, just wash and chop ahead of time)

    1-2 tbsp pure organic coconut oil (it will look like vaseline)

    1-2 tbsp golden flaxseeds, ground (you can find these at Whole Foods)

    Blend all ingredients till smooth, add more almond milk or a little juice to your desired consistency and enjoy, so green so good!

  • Ingredients:

    3 dates, pitted

    2 oranges, peeled

    1 banana

    1 cup (148 g) frozen blueberries

    1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

    Instructions: Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy.

  • Mango smoothie is my mommy's favorite so whenever I make her some, i like to add bee pollen, spirulina, and cacao nibs, all organic from Whole foods so it tastes better and more healthy for her. She now drinks it everyday I love my mom and I love whole foods!

  • Whole Foods makes great sushi! I also love the organic orzo - great for homemade chicken soup.

  • I love Whole Foods Market. I could literally spend hours in there.
