  • Were you happy with the 26"s? You think you could have been better off with 27s? Im bout to buy some laws for my 2wd 350 and jw

  • @SnorkedRancher03 , I was VERY happy with the 26x12x12. They were perfect. Any bigger would have been bad. More weight, not enough power. I had to remove the muffler heat shield and knock the exhaust in a little because the tires rubbed the muffler. No problem after that.

  • @mudpimp oh yeah, and cut off the heat shield brackets. If you have a hole is the muffler, JB Weld exhaust repair works great.

  • @mudpimp This is my new account. I forgot password to snorkledrancher03! I put some 28 skinny laws on the rear and i feel it spins them really good! Granted i havnt been seriouse mudding yet or to a atv park it being cold it has turned them amazing so far! I am going to try and get some videos up of it in the next couple days

  • i have a 1996 honda 300trx 2x4. what all mods do i need to spin 26'' outlaws in anything like thick mud?

    thanks

  • @TheBigbuckranch , Hey man. A 300 is not going to spin them well at all. My old Rancher 350 did ok but it was all i had. Rarely ever got out of 1st gear in the bad stuff.... but it would flat go and did awesome water wheelies. With that 300, all you need are some good all terrains. You can try the outlaws but they are heavy. I had the 12 wides. Maybe you could go 26X10's or 8's if they sell them. Good luck

  • he shouldve dune a wheelie into it and he would have made it strait trough the 2 weel dive guy

  • i gota kawasaki 750 ..lookin for good mudders .but cant deside ......help

  • @mudflap678, what type of riding do you do? Hardcore mudding, mild, trail, hills, dirt, sand, all-terrain..etc. That will determine what I would recommend for you. I had a 2wd with 26x12x12 outlaws and it did amazing. However, I do not think I would any tire that aggressive on a 4wd (just my preference only) only because they wear out parts and are hard on the drive train and brakes. I really enjoy the the allterrain tires such as the MudTrax, SwampFox AMS, Mud Bugs, Zillas and such.

  • My foreman make it through that without ever spinning and I run 20x10 Titans and no lifts or anything else and I have only got it stuck once and that was in a swamp in a hole that was 3' deep no counting the ruts that were another 1 1/2 feet deep

  • whats better gbc gators or swamp lites

  • @1000brycen , gators are okay. I have a set of them. they are not true to size and my gators started to shred on me with about 64 hours on them. the 12 wides are only 10" wide and the 10's only measure 8" wide. Swamplites are lighter, taller. GBC will not make it right and back their product... at least they have not yet and I have been trying to work with them for 6 months... giving them everything they ask for.

  • them 27x12 laws

  • @shooterb12 , they are 26X12

  • How much CC is that quad?

  • @MetallicHaze , the 2wd is a 350 and the 4wd is a 500. Both are Hondas.

  • what would you go with a scrambler 500? i was looking to put new tires on it with better grip and shit but i just don't know what to go with. mind helpin me out?

  • What type of riding do you do? I would not go any bigger than 27's. I think 26's would probablydo well. Hard to beat all-terrain tires like the mud trax, swamplites (though they are a soft compound), zillas, Gators, mud bugs, mud hogs, mud gears (they r heavy), bear claws.

  • @mudpimp i don't do trails with my scrammy. i only go muddin with em. or occasional well takes a few mud holes to get to my fishin spot. so ya pretty much all mud

  • Outlaws are the best mud tire on the market but they are hard on your atv's running gear. I would recommend the 26" STI mud trax or the maxxis mud bugs if you can find them. THe zillas are nice and they are the lightest on the market. I like personally like a 12 wide on the back and a 10 wide on the front.

  • outlaws work great got 2 pairs on a 500 foreman looking at some for a 450 now

  • r all ranchers 2wd or do they make 4wd too?

  • Yeah they make 2 and 4wd. I just like the 2wd.

  • tell me bout it i want those kind of tires so bad

  • omg dude that rancher is sooo badass unstoppable

  • i have 28" outlaws and a 2" lift on my 05 grizzly 660 and its badass(stock axles and everything else, gettin a clutch kit this week) all you have to learn is throttle contol and you will be fine

  • my big bear is 4 wheel drive and i have 27 itp black waters on it there good tires but they dont clean out that well

  • dude nice vid my little bro has a 250 bear tracker what size outlaws for that and a 400 big bear

  • thanks man. For a 250 bear tracker, if you were to get some, I would not go any bigger than 25" if yu can get them in that. THe weight will kill the power of the 250. THere are a lot of tires out that would do great on the 250 and be a bit lighter. My brother runs Mudtrax made by STI on his 2wd 420 Rancher. On the big bear, if it is a 2wd, I would go 26" or 27" tall and 12" wide. No need to go any bigger. I run 26X12 on my 350 2wd Rancher. Its all I need.

  • Thats just awesome

  • wich way you goin... just kidding

  • Good question. I just like to explore the whole thing. LOL! Thats one thing about the 2wd's...light front end and not much steering. Thanks for watching.

  • its prob not the ruts... its cus he s got so much traction in the rear tires with them outlwas. the front end just lifts up every time

  • Your exactly right. 2wd has a much lighter front end and with the excellent traction, it does the best and most effortless water wheelie. Only downside... no steering. LOL! I love it though!

  • wut size of laws are on the rancher?? and nice

  • They are 26X12-12 with about 4lbs or air pressure. I've had them for 7 years and I love them!! They wear great.

  • nice im thinkin bout gettin some laws for a grizz660 and i want 26's cus i dont wanna break cv's or nethin but then again i was thinkin bout executioners cus i do quite a bit of trail riding and mudding what do u think??

  • That guy cant handle that 350 rancher.He needs to get a smaller 4 wheeler.Like a 250.

  • He looks to have done fine to me. With bad ruts, 2wd, light front end that likes to come up because of all the traction fom the Outlaws... heck, he even made it easier than the 4wd once it was able to go straight. Handled it better than I guess anyone else could have. Oh well.

  • He's the best 2WD mudder on youtube until other is is proven, thats for sure.

    Great movie :o)

  • 2 wd 4 wd drive is het hoor!!

  • granny got excited.

  • awesome video make it look easy
